CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat: Rathanea DMC&PCO.
- Cancellation received before 15 February 2009: 75% refund.
- Cancellation received after 15 February 2009 or no notice: non refundable.
If the Conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, registration fees will be refunded following deduction of unavoidable expenses.
No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or late termination of attendance.
All refunds will be concidered after the Conference.
ON SITE REGISTRATION
On site registration will only be available if the maximum number of participants has not been met. Please look for this information on the conference website.
Bank transfer payments – bank charges belong to client/participant.
