Registration

All who wish to attend the scientific sessions and social events are requested to fill in the registration form.
As the capacity is limited to around 800 participants, registration will be based on a first-come-first-serve principle. In other words registration closes when the maximum number of participants is reached, and this will be announced on the conference website.
Registration is only valid upon receipt of the payment

REGISTRATION FEES FOR MEMBERS, NON MEMBERS, FRIENDS AND STUDENTS INCLUDE:
Scientific sessions, proceedings, coffee break, lunch Monday and Tuesday, welcome cocktail.

REGISTRATION FEES FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS INCLUDES:
welcome cocktail.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat: Rathanea DMC&PCO.
- Cancellation received before 15 February 2009: 75% refund.
- Cancellation received after 15 February 2009 or no notice: non refundable.
If the Conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, registration fees will be refunded following deduction of unavoidable expenses.

No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or late termination of attendance.
All refunds will be concidered after the Conference.

ON SITE REGISTRATION
On site registration will only be available if the maximum number of participants has not been met. Please look for this information on the conference website.

Bank transfer payments – bank charges belong to client/participant.
