Two afternoon poster sessions are tentatively planned.

Monday              September 20           

17.45 – 18.45 Oral poster presentations (I)
18.45 -  20.00 Poster session (I)

Wednesday        September 22
            
17.00 – 18.00     Oral poster presentations (II)
18.00 -  19.15     Poster session (II)

All participants have to present a poster containing a description of their current activites and some recent results if available!

Before the poster presentations, each participant is expected to give a VERY short oral introduction of the poster presented (2 minutes)!!!

Guidelines

Each poster board is 90 by 100 cm (portrait orientation).

Each poster screen will be numbered with a poster ID that matches that given in the Programme.

Arrangements are being made so that posters can be mounted after the morning sessions on Monday and Wednesday and removed at the end of the day.  The organizers will take no responsibility for posters remaining after the Conference.  Appropriate items for mounting postesr will be available.

The posters area is adjacent to the lecture hall.
