Registration:

Registration of participants will take place on Sunday the 19th of September from 09.00 to 16.00 and Monday the 20th of September from 07.30 to 08.45.

Opening ceremony:

All participants are kindly invited to the Opening ceremony that will take place on Sunday the 19th September, from 19.00 to 21.00.

Excursion:

The excursion will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday the 21st of September.

The excursion will consist of a tour of the Old City of Dubrovnik, including:
Bus transfer to and from the Pile square, the western entrance to the Old City of Dubrovnik.
Visit to the Rector’s Palace. Climb and walk about the ancient ramparts as far as the
Fort of St. John. Visit to the Maritime Museum. These three features will provide an
excellent insight into Dubrovnik’s rich and eventful past.

Participants will be informed of further excursion details in due course.

Conference dinner:

The Conference Dinner will be held on Wednesday the 22nd September, from 20.00 to 23.00. Transportation of participants will be provided.

The 1st Summer School of Nanoscience will be successfully complete after a memorable ¨Farewell¨ dinner in the traditional restaurant Mimoza. The restaurant offers appealing cuisine choices including fish and meat specialties, various grilled dishes, pastas, vegetarian dishes & traditional dishes baked under an iron-bell such as fish, lamb, and veal.
The restaurant’s spacious and attractive terraces cater for up to 230 diners, while 70 guests can enjoy the modern, elegant dining room.
